USPS StampApp is the only official mobile U.S. stamp collecting app. In this first-of-its-kind app, users are afforded an interactive experience with U.S. stamps. Featuring the entire U.S. Postal Service library, StampApp includes a separate area for users to curate their own personal collections.

Collectors can browse the fully illustrated comprehensive USPS® stamp library, create and manage their own collections, create and edit their stamp wish lists and share their collections with others. Collectors can execute a full bulk upload of their collections to USPS StampApp, and download to XML, CSV and TXT formats.
